French Foreign Minister Arrives in Erbil

This evening, Wednesday, April 23, 2025, Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, arrived in Erbil and was received at Erbil International Airport by Safeen Dizayee, Head of the Department of Foreign Relations; Falah Mustafa, Advisor to the Presidency of the Region; Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil; and Ali Dolamari, Representative of the Regional Government in Paris.

The French Foreign Minister, accompanied by the French Ambassador to Iraq and the French Consul in Erbil, is scheduled to meet during his visit to the Kurdistan Region with President Barzani, the President of the Kurdistan Region, and the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
