In Erbil... Annual Summer Reception for Diplomats Held

On Tuesday, September 22, 2026, the Department of Foreign Relations of the Kurdistan Regional Government hosted its annual summer reception for diplomats.

The event was attended by several ministers, the Governor of Erbil, representatives of political parties, government officials, diplomats, consuls, foreign envoys, representatives of United Nations agencies, and business leaders.

During the ceremony, the Head of the Department of Foreign Relations welcomed the guests. On behalf of the people and the Kurdistan Regional Government, he expressed his delight and conveyed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the international community, consuls, and diplomatic missions for their past and ongoing support for the people and government of the Kurdistan Region.
