In Erbil The memorial and documentary table of the great artist of our city (Salam Koyi) was opened

This morning, Saturday, November 19, 2022. Under the supervision of Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil and in the presence of Nabaz Abdulhamid, Erbil Central Mayor, a number of parliamentarians, artists, writers and intellectuals of Erbil and the family and friends of the artist.
A table of memories, documents and some of the belongings of the former student of Erbil Ola and the great artist of our city (Salam Koyi) was opened in Erbil Education Museum and Archive.
In his speech, the governor said: "Salam Koyi is the noble name who through his works and the history of his artistic works, the sorrows of the country and the suffering of the nation into a message and mixed with theatrical texts and acting.".
he also said."Therefore, his works will always remain alive with us. What has been done to him today is a little loyalty to the sovereign history of Salam Koyi's art.".
We, the people of Erbil and Kurdistan, are proud of the history of Erbil's sovereignty, the history created by brave people like Salam Koyi, who are part of the history of our city and we are all proud of them.
