The governor of Erbil visited the project of building a cafe for retired women

On Saturday, November 19, 2022. Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, accompanied by Nabaz Abdul Hamid, Erbil Central Mayor and Jalal Pareshan, Member of Kurdistan Parliament and Director of Municipality one, visited the project (Women's Cafe) in Erbil Retirement Center, which started construction at a cost of (98) million dinars.

The governor of Erbil assured the president of the Erbil Pension Center and members of the board of directors that the governor will support them in every way and make every effort to implement the project in the best way and open it soon.

Then the governor visited the pensioners' center and talked to the people who have dedicated their lives to serve Erbil and Kurdistan in their fields in the past and listened to their demands.

"You are our relatives and we owe you. You are the great people who have provided a lot of service and you deserve what we need to serve you as the Erbil administration," he said.

It is worth mentioning that the construction of the women's cafe in the Erbil Pension Center is at a time when only retired men have the right to be members of the center and can visit the center.

However, with the completion of this project, women can also fill out membership forms and a section for retired women will be opened in the center and a section will be dedicated to retired women.
