The problem of box land has been resolved by the decision of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government

For several years, a significant number of low-income citizens in Soran municipality and municipalities around Erbil have been demanding a solution to the problem of land known as box land.

Therefore, in the interest of these citizens, especially the poor, the problem of the land was solved by the decision of Prime Minister, Mr. Masrour Barzani.
For this purpose, the Prime Minister approved the legal measures that are in the interest of the poor people and after that decision they can benefit from this decision according to the law and after taking the measures.

It is worth mentioning that the Kurdistan Regional Government through the Ministry of Municipality and Tourism, Erbil Governorate, Soran Autonomous Administration, Coordination and Monitoring Office and the Presidency of the Council, submitted this proposal to the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and he gratefully agreed.
