The foundation stone of an 18-grade school in Zhyan neighborhood was laid at a cost of more than (1 billion dinars)

Today Sunday, December 4, 2022. Dr. Alan Hama Saeed, Minister of Education of the Kurdistan Regional Government and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil. In the presence of Dr. Bashir Haddad, Head of Erbil Municipality, Director of Central Education and a number of other officials, the foundation stone of the project (construction of 18 grade school) in the neighborhood of Zhyan was laid at a cost of (1 billion and 300 million dinars) which is implemented by the Cihan Group.
The governor congratulated the residents of Zhyan neighborhood for the construction of this school and said:"The construction of this school is part of the promises made by investors to Prime Minister Mr. Masrour Barzani that they will help in the renovation and construction of schools.".
Regarding the delivery of service projects, the governor said: “This year we have been able to deliver a large number of service projects in the neighborhood of Zhyan and other neighborhoods of our city and surrounding areas Neighborhoods and places that need more attention. It is our duty to deliver as many service projects as possible in our Governorate next year, especially those neighborhoods and places that need more attention”.
