81% of the construction and paving of the two sides of 60-meters street in the 8th neighborhood of Hasarokan has been completed

Today Monday, December 5, 2022. Sasan Awni, Minister of Municipalities and Tourism and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, accompanied by the Head of Erbil Municipality, Director of Municipality 4, Director of Water and Sewerage of Erbil and a number of other officials, engineers and supervisors of the project, in order to closely observe how the works are being carried out, they visited the construction and paving of the 60-meter street in the 8th neighborhood of Hasarokan.

They closely examined the progress of the project and thanked the Presidency of Erbil Municipality, the engineers and supervisors of the project and the implementing company for the implementation of the project. Construction of two sides of 60 meters street in 8th neighborhood of Hasarokan, which is currently 81% completed and the project will be completed in 110 days at a cost of (7 billion 499 million 326 thousand 813) dinars, 100% of the revenue of Erbil Municipality. It is implemented by Galiawa Company with daily work of 250 workers and more than 100 equipment.

It consists of the construction of a 60-meter sidewalk with a width of 15.5 meters on each side of the street and a length of 2870 meters and includes the installation of broken stone and stapler layer carpeting with connection to the surrounding side streets.

This is in addition to the installation of more than 3667 meters of pipe sewerage, 1360 meters of 3.3 box sewerage and 760 meters of 2.2 box sewerage.
