Erbil Governor to Industrial Projects Committee: "Provide maximum facilities in processing the applications of those who want to implement their industrial projects"

On Monday evening, December 12, 2022. Under the supervision of Omed Khoshnaw, the Governor of Erbil, within the framework of the work program and plan of the governorate to support and develop the industrial sector and in order to further develop industrial projects and increase the handicrafts and the rate of local products and encourage the private sector to invest in the Erbil Capital, in the presence of all members, the meeting of the Committee for the Development and Support of Industrial Projects was held.

The meeting, after presenting and reviewing the decisions and recommendations of the previous meeting, discussed the need to deliver services and the mechanism of how to start the large industrial zone "Timar", which includes several investment companies and large and medium industrial factories. In another topic of the meeting, in order to develop and revive the industrial sector and provide job opportunities in Erbil governorate, the governor instructed the committee to review some of the requests for projects and provide maximum facilitation in fulfilling the requests of those who want to implement their industrial projects.
