Kurdistan Regional Government President Nechirvan Barzani, along with 40 other heads of state and government, will attend the 59th Munich Security Conference

The Munich Security Conference will take place from November 17 to November 19. President of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Nechirvan Barzani will attend the Munich Security Conference. There will be 40 heads of state and prime ministers, as well as 100 defense, foreign, and interior ministers. Hundreds of world-famous personalities and experts in the fields of terrorism and security are also taking part.

The conference will be attended by French President Emmanuel Macron, NATO Secretary General, European Commission President, a US delegation, mostly members of Congress, a high-level delegation from Ukraine, several delegations from around the world, strategic and political organizations and centers. "Russia has no place here because it has been declared a war criminal," said Christoph Heusgen, President of the Munich Security Conference. "Iran will not participate this time because it has violated human rights," he said, adding that several opposition figures would attend the conference in place of the Iranian delegation.

About the conference, “This year's conference will attend by approximately 150 heads of state and government officials," said Dr. Christoph Heusgen, president of the Munich Security Conference. "We now have about 150 heads of state and government officials, including the vice president of the United States, the president of France, the president of Poland, as well as secretaries-general and senior officials." Various countries' interior and foreign ministers have also been invited. I can also confirm that half of Germany's cabinet is present, and that despite their advanced age, Bill Gates and George Soros will attend the Munich Security Conference.

The head of the Munich Security Conference said this year's conference comes as the anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine approaches. This Security Conference will of course be a starting point for us to make an assessment so that we can see where we stand, with regard to what I would call the violation of civilization committed by Vladimir Putin. Where do we stand in defending the UN Charter and in protecting international law based on rules.
