The Governor of Erbil received a German student delegation

On Thursday, March 9, 2023. The governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, received a delegation of German students at his office. During the meeting, the governor welcomed the visiting delegation and briefed them on Erbil's history, noting that the Kurdistan Regional Government's ninth cabinet has begun to implement several strategic projects and new services in Erbil.

Then he highlighted the Freedom and Newroz Festival, which is held annually in Erbil on the occasion of the uprising and the commemoration of March and Newroz, and features a variety of cultural and artistic activities.

He hoped that the students would take advantage of their stay in Erbil by visiting Erbil Citadel and other significant and attractive sites in the city.

In another topic of the meeting, the students asked the governor of Erbil several questions about his service projects and duties, and the governor answered them.
