The Governor of Erbil receives a delegation from the UAE government

The Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, received an Emirati delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness And Knowledge Exchange, Abdullah Nasser Lootah, and his accompanying delegation on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

During the meeting, the Governor of Erbil referred to the friendship and special relationship that exists between the Kurdistan Region and the United Arab Emirates, and he expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the UAE for its ongoing support of the Kurdistan Region.

The Governor of Erbil then toured the Citadel of Erbil and its archaeological monuments, accompanied by the UAE Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the UAE Consul General in Erbil.
