"Today we will officially announce Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, as a member of the organization," she said.

The agenda of the session was then presented, with the participation of more than 32 governors and mayors from around the world, as well as (180) other delegation members accompanying them, and several seminars and meetings were held between the governors and mayors, during which their construction and service projects were presented.

The International Organization of French-speaking Cities has a conference every two years in one of the organization's member countries.

The conference's goal is to promote democracy in these cities, introduce their service programs, safeguard the environment, and demonstrate how to use digital tools for assist and collaboration among Francophone cities.
