Erbil... Commemorating the National Day of the Republic of Italy

The Italian Consulate in Erbil held special ceremonies to commemorate the National Day of the Republic of Italy on Sunday evening, June 4, 2023, in the presence of the Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, and a number of government officials and the two parties in the Kurdistan Region.
 

On the occasion of the National Day for the Founding of the Republic of Italy, the governor of Erbil congratulated the Italian ambassador to Iraq and the Italian consulate in Erbil, and through them, the people and government of Italy, emphasizing the strengthening and continuity of bilateral relations between the Kurdistan Region and Italy.
 

Every year on June 2, the Republic of Italy commemorates the inaugural day of the Italian Republic on June 2, 1946.
