An evening ceremony was held to introduce the Erbil delegation to Nashville and Tennessee officials

In the presence of Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, John Cooper, Mayor of Nashville, Hikmat Bamarni, Head of the 7th US Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and Trifa Aziz, Kurdistan Regional Government Representative in the United States, the Nashville Municipality hosted an evening for the Erbil delegation to meet the city and state officials.

Several speeches were presented at the ceremony, discussing the US support for the Kurdistan Region and the establishment of democracy in the Kurdistan Region, as well as the US assistance and support to the Kurdistan Peshmerga Forces in their fight against ISIS terrorists.
