Erbil: Meeting and discussion between businessmen of the Kurdistan Region and the Islamic Republic of Iran

On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, in the presence of Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw, Iranian Consul General to Erbil, Nasrullah Rashnoudi, Bigard Talabani, Minister of Agriculture, Head of Import and Export, and Chambers of Commerce from the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, a meeting and discussion Meetings and discussions between Kurdistan Regional Government and Iraqi businessmen with Iran was held at the Rotana Hotel, organized by the Iranian Consulate for businessmen attending the Erbil International Fair.

In his remarks, Omed Khoshnaw welcomed the attendees and emphasized that the Kurdistan Region wants specialists, professionals, and businessmen to equip and enrich themselves by learning from one another's experiences.

This is the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government's policy and advice to investigate all applicable tools that will benefit Kurdish citizens, employers, and professionals, because in the end, the Kurdish people and the peoples of Iran will profit.

In this way, we stressed the importance of our relationships and stated that we have put this experience into reality and that we intend to follow a bigger agreement to overcome all difficulties.

It is worth noting that the exhibition is devoted to agricultural equipment and products, which is consistent with the work strategy and priority program of the Kurdistan Regional Government's new cabinet.
