Erbil... Creating dedicated parking lots for individuals with disabilities

On November 3, 2023, engineering teams from the Erbil Traffic Directorate began constructing dedicated parking spots for those with special needs on the main thoroughfare in Erbil's downtown market.
This step is taken to support individuals with special needs and as part of the implementation of service initiatives to ease traffic and assist them in markets and public areas.
Other such parking lots will be constructed in most streets, parks, and public locations in the near future to assist those with special needs.
