Erbil .... Future European Brick Trade Conference of Federal Iraq

Today, Monday, November 20, 2023, in the presence of the Governor of Erbil Omed Khoshnaw, the German Relations Office for Trade and Industry in Iraq held a special conference on the future of brick trade between the European Union and Iraq.
 

In the conference, which was attended by a significant number of members of the Kurdistan and European Chambers of Commerce, a detailed discussion was held on the importance of brick trade that Erbil in particular and the Kurdistan Region in general have radical expertise in such materials.
 

In his statement on trade exchange between the Kurdistan Region and Europe, the governor of Erbil emphasized the importance of the conference's content because it is unique in an area that our ancestors were well-versed in. The same materials were used in the construction of Erbil's ancient city.
 

Exporting domestic industrial items like bricks and gaining more knowledge, in this view, is a vital component of the KRG's focus and strategic growth of domestic trade and industry.
