The Governor of Erbil participates in the funeral of the Emir of Kuwait

Today, Sunday, December 17, 2023, Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, and Head of the Foreign Relations Office of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Safeen Dizayee, visited the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait today to attend the funeral of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait. The Governor of Erbil offered his condolences to the Consul General of the State of Kuwait and said: “We feel deep sadness. On behalf of us and all the citizens of Erbil, we extend our condolences to you and through you to the entire Kuwaiti people“.

For his part, the Kuwaiti Consul thanked the Governor of Erbil and the Head of the Relations Office for their participation in the funeral of the Emir of Kuwait.
