Erbil Governor expresses condolences to the Russian government and people

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw paid a visit to the Russian Consulate General in Erbil to offer his condolences to the victims of the armed attack on a concert hall in northern Moscow, which resulted in the loss of at least 83 lives and left 130 others injured.

During a meeting with the Deputy and Assistant Consul General of Russia in Erbil, the Governor of Erbil conveyed his condolences to the Russian government and people. He signed the funeral book to express his sympathies and wished a swift recovery to the injured.
