The Governor of Erbil visits the Right and Freedom Party (HAKP)

On Thursday, May 2, 2024, as part of his visit to the city of Diyarbakir, Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw and his accompanying delegation visited the Right and Freedom Party (HAKP), and was received by the party’s former leader, Refik Karakoç, and a number of members of the party’s political bureau.
 

During the gathering, the Governor of Erbil extended appreciation to the Right and Freedom Party for their support in advancing the Kurdistan Region's cause. He further stated, "Our aim is for our people in Turkey to achieve their complete rights through peaceful dialogue and the elimination of barriers to the political activities of Kurdish parties." He confirmed President Barzani and the Kurdistan Region's support for the peace process regarding the Kurdish issue. He offered best wishes for their efforts, expressing hope for success and a smooth journey without obstacles.
 

At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed on the importance of collaboration and coordination among Kurdish political parties
