Italian Defense Minister Arrives in Erbil

Tonight, Saturday,December 21, 2024. Shoresh Ismail, Minister of Peshmerga Affairs, Fawzi Hariri, President of the Diwan of the Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Region, Safin Dizayee, Head of KRG Foreign Relations Department, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, Deputy Minister of Peshmerga, Chief of Staff, and several officials welcomed Guido Crosetto Italian Minister of Defense, who made an official visit to Erbil.
 

The purpose of the Italian Defense Minister's visit is to check on Italian forces, military advisors, and their country's consulate in the Kurdistan Region. He is also scheduled to meet with senior Kurdistan Region officials to discuss regional developments.
