The Governor of Erbil Receives the Chairman of the Board of the European Technology and Training Center (ETTC)

Today, Sunday, April 13, 2025, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, received Dr. Dirk Jankowski, Head of the Board of Directors of the European Technology and Training Centre (ETTC), and an accompanying delegation at the Governorate office.
 

In the meeting, which Naz Jalal, Director of EJCC, attended, the Governor of Erbil, while welcoming them, expressed hope that they would spend their time in Erbil, the capital, comfortably. He then highlighted the importance of organizational work in Kurdistan and highly valued the role and impact of organizations on various issues and civil society activities. He also pointed out that the activities carried out by (ETTC) in Kurdistan are worthy of commendation and appreciation.
 

In another part of the meeting, the Governor of Erbil, in addition to stressing full coordination, cooperation, and support to strengthen their efforts, spoke in detail about the activities and training courses being carried out by the mentioned organization in coordination with the Erbil Governorate at various levels. He expressed his hope that, through the presence of their esteemed delegation in Erbil, the relations and coordination between the Erbil Governorate and the ETTC would further strengthen and improve the capabilities of engineers and government employees, increasing their participation in the reconstruction and development of Kurdistan.
 

On his part, Dr. Derek Jankowski, on behalf of himself and the accompanying delegation, expressed deep gratitude to the Erbil Governorate for their continuous support and cooperation with their organization, as well as for the warm welcome they received. He emphasized the importance of continuing their work and further advancing coordination and relations with the Erbil Governorate.
