Ankawa… Easter Celebration Ceremony

Tonight, Sunday, April 20, 2025, Pshtiwan Sadiq, Minister of Endowment and Religious Affairs, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, and Ano Jawhar, Minister of Transport and Communications, visited the Mariyohana Church in the center of Ankawa district to celebrate the Easter of Jesus Christ (peace be upon him).
They extended their congratulations to the patriarchs, bishops, and Christian brothers and sisters, and expressed hope that this feast would strengthen brotherhood and harmony among all the different components and promote religious coexistence in the Kurdistan Region.
