Iraqi Foreign Minister and High-Level Delegation Arrive in Erbil

This evening, Monday, November 17, 2025, Reber Ahmed, Minister of Interior, and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, welcomed Dr. Fuad Hussein, Iraqi Foreign Minister, and an accompanying high-level delegation at Erbil International Airport. The delegation included a number of ministers, parliamentarians, and leaders and representatives of Iraqi political parties, who are scheduled to participate in the Middle East Peace and Security Forum (MEPS) in Duhok.
 

This year's forum will see the participation of President Barzani, the President of the Kurdistan Region, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, the Prime Minister of Iraq, and hundreds of leaders, political figures, representatives, diplomats, and other academics from various countries. They will discuss the conflicts and challenges of the Middle East and seek long-term peace and solutions to the challenges.
