The aim of its establishment was to introduce Kurdish music and culture in a scientific way and, at the same time, to provide the peoples of the world with information about Kurdish music and musicianship. During its 28 years of establishment, it has presented several valuable musical works and provided important and valuable services to the archive of Kurdish music.
