The governor of Erbil visited the cleaning campaign of natural rainwater channels in Qushtapa district

Today, Wednesday, November 9, 2022. In order to closely observe how the work is being done, Erbil Governor, Omed Khoshnaw, accompanied by Massoud Karash, Deputy Governor and Mayor of Erbil Plain District, Director General of Municipalities and Qushtapa District Director, visited the cleaning campaign of natural rainwater channels in Qushtapa district, which is part of the comprehensive campaign to clean all water wells and manholes and cleaning sewers in Erbil, in order to face any risk of excess water and floods in Erbil.

The governor of Erbil, despite his appreciation of the cleaning teams and all those who participated in the campaign, called on citizens to cooperate with the teams as a national duty and responsibility and keep the city clean.
