The construction of two high bridges and widening of the road between Korre and Shaqlawa has started at a cost of more than 40 billion dinars

Erbil Governor, Omed Khoshnaw, accompanied by Massoud Karash, Deputy Governor, Nzar Mala Ghaffar, Member of Kurdistan Parliament, representatives of the 24th branch Sfeni of the Party Democratic Kurdistan and Hamid Ismail, Mayor of Pirmam District and Hunar Nuri, Director General of Roads of Erbil. Visited the project of construction of two high bridges and widening of the road of Korre-Shaqlawa, which is being implemented at a cost of (40 billion 128 million 91 thousand dinars) on the budget of the Kurdistan Regional Government, as a contractor by Cavin Group, the completion period of the project is (14) months.
During his visit, the Governor of Erbil closely examined the progress of the works and the requirements of the project and thanked the workers and engineers of the project. It is worth mentioning that the project of designing and constructing two high bridges and widening the road of Korre-Shaqlawa, which is being implemented at a cost of (40 billion 128 million 91 thousand dinars) on the budget of the Kurdistan Regional Government and currently in 22% of its operations, it consists of the south bridge with a length of 190 meters and the north bridge with a length of 95 meters, a total of 20,000 cubic meter of concrete, with the widening of the road Korre - Shaqlawa, filling 110,000 cubic meter, cutting 150,000 cubic meter and paving.
