The foundation stone of the project of installing Kerbstone mold and covering the pavement with Beharton for several streets was laid in Shaqlawa at a cost of more than (167 million dinars)

On Saturday, December 31, 2022. Erbil Governor, Omed Khoshnaw, in the presence of Massoud Karash, Deputy Governor, Nzar Mala Ghaffar, member of the Kurdistan Parliament, representatives of the 24th Sfen branch of the Party Democratic Kurdistan, Karwan Karim Khan, Shaqlawa district Mayor and Deputy Director General of Municipalities, in a ceremony at a cost of (167 million and 200 thousand dinars) on the development budget of Erbil governorate, the foundation stone of the project of installing Kerbstone and covering the pavement with Beharton for several streets of Shaqlawa district center was laid. Which is implemented on a contract basis, the project completion period is (150) days.

The governor said: “In the framework of the development projects of Erbil governorate for next year and under the order and recommendation of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, we will provide more services to all poor neighborhoods, communities, districts, Subdistricts and villages of our governorate equally between the city and outside the city and we will bring prosperity to all those places that need more attention”.

he also said: "This year we have done a lot of work on the development budget, the revenue of the presidency of the Erbil Municipality, the General Directorate of Municipalities and the special budget. We will certainly offer more projects to the citizens of our governorate next year".
