Empowering volunteers, strengthening Kurdistan

Under the supervision and cooperation of Arin Masrour Barzani, the Kurdistan Volunteer Platform was established on Thursday evening, June 22, 2023. The major objective of the platform was revealed during the ceremony, which was attended by Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw and a number of ministers, consuls, diplomats, and organizations, to combine volunteer work in the Kurdistan Region and consolidate efforts in a platform to further organize volunteer work and unite the force of volunteers so that their work is aimed to serve more Kurdistan and society.

The objective of the platform is to link volunteers with meaningful opportunities, organizations, and activities around the Kurdistan Region.

Kurdistan Volunteer Platform is active in the areas of education, environment, health, social services, arts and culture, animal welfare, human rights, and community development.
