The Governor of Lodz officially invited the Governor of Erbil to visit his city

Today, Sunday, November 24, 2024, Omed Khoshnaw, the Governor of Erbil, in the presence of Heman Murad, the General Director of Agriculture in Erbil, welcomed Marek Mazur, the Governor of Lodz, Poland, at the governor’s office. Marek Mazur was officially invited by the Governor of Erbil to visit Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

During the meeting, the Governor of Erbil emphasized strengthening bilateral relations in general, as well as in trade and agriculture. Discussions included plans to organize the Erbil International Agricultural Exhibition, set to be held in Erbil, the capital, with participation from local companies and agricultural companies from various countries, including Poland. The exhibition will last for three days.
Additionally, there was talk of establishing the Erbil Branch of the Polish-Kurdistan Agricultural Innovators Organization, which is planned to be launched soon in the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

In this regard, the Governor of Erbil reaffirmed the full support and coordination of the Erbil Governorate for the Governor of Lodz, Poland, and its delegation. He emphasized that Erbil’s doors are open to all companies interested in investing in the city. He also stated that within the framework of laws and regulations, every necessary facilitation and assistance would be provided to support their endeavors.

The Governor of Lodz conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to the Governor of Erbil for the warm welcome and the offered support and collaboration. He extended an official invitation to the Governor of Erbil to visit his city and country, which was graciously accepted with gratitude.
