Erbil Governor's congratulatory message on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, we extend our congratulations to Muslims worldwide, Kurdistan in general, and Erbil capital in particular, as well as the heroic Peshmergas, security forces, and the honorable families of martyrs and Anfal victims.

We pray to Almighty Allah to accept everyone's fasting and worship during the month of Ramadan, and may this Eid bring joy, happiness, and prosperity to the people of Kurdistan, and an end to all wars, hardships, and adversities in the world. Once again, Eid Mubarak to everyone, and may your Eid be filled with peace and joy.
