Erbil… UN FAO High-Level Delegation Received

On Sunday evening, May 25, 2025, Begard Talabani, the minister of agriculture and water resources, and Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, received Qu Dongyu, the Director-General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), at Erbil International Airport. He was accompanied by Seywan Barzani, the Ambassador of Iraq in Italy, and an accompanying delegation.


It is worth mentioning that during his visit to the capital Erbil, the Director-General of the FAO is scheduled to hold a number of meetings and discussions with Kurdistan Region officials, in addition to visiting several projects.
