Erbil Hosts Czech Opera Concert

This evening, Monday, June 2, 2025, at Peshawa Hall in the capital Erbil With the presence of Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, and Karel Kortanek, Consul General of the Czech Republic in Erbil, a Czech opera concert was held. The concert was organized by the Czech Consulate.
 


During the concert, which was attended by a number of other consuls and foreign envoys, the Director General of Culture and Arts, and a significant number of artists and enthusiasts of world music. Various pieces of Czech opera music and songs were presented on stage as a dramatic performance.
