President Barzani Receives a Delegation from Şırnak Province

On Monday, October 13, 2025, in Pirmam, President Masoud Barzani received a delegation from Şırnak Province, headed by His Excellency Birol Ekici, the Governor of Şırnak.
 

During the meeting, the Governor of Şırnak appreciated President Barzani's role in advancing the peace process in Turkey and, while highlighting the positive aspects of the process, requested President Barzani to continue his support for Turkey's peaceful resolution process. In the same meeting, emphasis was placed on developing cultural, economic, and commercial relations between Şırnak Province and the Kurdistan Region, especially Erbil Province.
