In the meeting, the Governor of Erbil decided to announce the largest and most extensive campaign to collect aid and assistance for the affected brothers and sisters in Rojava, stating, "We hope that the people of Erbil, who have always been generous and compassionate, can provide humanitarian assistance and support to our brothers and sisters in Western Kurdistan during this unfortunate situation. We hope to be able to help them, and we are pleased that the capital Erbil is the first place to announce this campaign."

In this context, to take necessary measures and deliver the aid, all parties were instructed to begin necessary preparations for the campaign. It is a campaign by the people of Erbil as a national and patriotic duty, stemming from our sense of responsibility towards our affected brothers and sisters in Western Kurdistan. What is important and our objective is to carry out a humanitarian act, so any philanthropist, individual, or party wishing to participate in this humanitarian process can deliver their aid and assistance to this campaign."
