Message of Congratulations from the Governor of Erbil on the Occasion of Easter

On the occasion of Easter (the Great Feast), we extend our congratulations to our Christian sisters and brothers in Kurdistan and the world in general, and especially in Erbil the capital.

On this occasion, we once again emphasize promoting greater coexistence among religious and ethnic components. Erbil the capital has always been a prominent and shining example of this harmony and tolerance, where all religious and ethnic components have lived without discrimination in a peaceful atmosphere.
We seize this holiday as an opportunity to reiterate the truth that our Christian sisters and brothers are an authentic and important part of our society, and they have a proud history in the development and reconstruction of this land and homeland.
 

We hope that this holiday brings goodness and joy, an end to all hardships, and the establishment of peace and stability in our region.
