Under the Slogan "Together"; The Social Peace and Freedom Forum Kicked Off

On Tuesday evening, May 12, 2026, with the participation of Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, Dr. Ali Tatar, Governor of Duhok, along with a number of political figures, parliamentarians, co-mayors of Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, and representatives of political parties and factions, the "Social Peace and Freedom Forum" commenced in Diyarbakır (Amed).

The forum is being held under the slogan "Together" (Bi Hev Re) and its activities are scheduled to continue from the 12th to the 16th of this month.
The main objective of this forum is to create a common language of hope, build peace, and unite diverse perspectives within a shared national and humanitarian framework.
