Erbil... "Turkish Cuisine Week" Activities Held

On Wednesday evening, May 20, 2026, Omed Khoshnaw, the Governor of Erbil, participated in the "Turkish Cuisine Week" event, organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Erbil under the slogan "Heritage Table." The event was attended by a significant number of representatives from political parties and factions, other government officials, diplomats, and prominent figures, and was supervised by the Turkish Consul General in Erbil.
 

The Governor of Erbil commended the Turkish Consulate and the organizers of the project for showcasing the culture and authenticity of Turkish cuisine. He also emphasized the importance of developing cultural and social relations between the two sides, which serve as a strong bridge for bringing peoples closer together.
