Erbil Governor and Baghdad Governor Visit Youth House and "Erbil Avenue" Project

On Wednesday evening, June 17, 2026, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, accompanied by Atwan Al-Atwani, Governor of Baghdad, visited the Youth House and the "Erbil Avenue" project.
 

During this visit, both governors closely observed the activities and services of the Youth House. They emphasized the importance of supporting and developing the talents and abilities of young people and providing a suitable environment for social and cultural activities.

During their visit to the "Erbil Avenue" project, they received an explanation regarding the progress of work and the characteristics of this project. The Governor of Erbil indicated that such projects play an important role in urban and economic development and in providing better and more modern services for citizens.

Finally, both sides emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and exchanging experiences between the provinces, with the aim of raising the level of services and supporting developmental projects.
