Erbil: Local Products Festival

Today, Thursday, December 1, 2022. Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw, opened the local products festival organized by Kurdistan Beekeepers Organization in front of Shanadar Park.
A large number of farmers and artisans have prepared their products for the festival. Dozens of local products from all parts of the Kurdistan Region and handicrafts were exhibited. The Governor of Erbil visited the participants and their products and welcomed them to Erbil and encouraged them to pay more attention to domestic products and even export them abroad. In addition to introducing their products, the participants emphasized that they intend to create more job opportunities and promote their domestic products, so as to replace all the products imported from abroad.
It is worth mentioning that every year in Erbil governorate, a festival dedicated to local products and handicrafts is organized, in order to encourage more citizens and promote local products.
