Erbil: Kakae Qaultas Commemoration Ceremony

Today, Monday, January 9, 2023. Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw attended the commemoration of the Kakae Qaultas celebration in Peshawa Hall, which is an ancient and original Kurdish celebration.
