This time, in the presence of the Artistic and Technical Committee, the provisions that refer to the rights and obligations of both sides were discussed in detail, these issues were discussed in detail by experts from both sides. What was in dispute was discussed and good steps were taken and some things were fixed. But there are still other issues to discuss.

The results of this visit were better than the previous meetings, which is due to the Prime Minister who was closely aware of these discussions and any issue that required a decisive discussion, the Prime Minister himself supervised.

Mr. Al-Sudani, the Prime Minister of Iraq, assisted in the points that both sides needed to agree on. This process is ongoing and not completed and the committees are constantly working so that we can complete this law as a draft in the Iraqi government and both delegations and go to the Iraqi Council of Ministers and approved there.

It refers to the oil and gas law, the law should be enacted within six months, it was mentioned there, and it should be in coordination with the Kurdistan government.

A letter from the Iraqi government stressed that the decisions that are in the interest of both sides, must be by mutual agreement, drafted by mutual agreement and has been discussed in previous meetings, so it must be by mutual agreement. We hope it will be enacted within the allotted time.
