Erbil Governor welcomes Polish Investment Delegation

On Sunday, June 28, 2026, Omed Khoshnaw, Governor of Erbil, welcomed a Polish investment delegation working in several strategic sectors such as agriculture, new agricultural technology, industry, tourism, and energy production.

During the meeting, the Governor of Erbil discussed the favorable investment climate in Erbil Governorate, noting that the Kurdistan Regional Government provides necessary assistance and support to foreign investors, especially in the areas of modern agriculture, industry, clean energy, and tourism development.

For their part, the delegation members expressed their readiness to develop economic and commercial relations with the Erbil Governorate, particularly in focusing on joint service work and transferring new technological expertise. At the end of the meeting, both sides reiterated the importance of creating new job opportunities and supporting economic growth.
