Korek Resort

Haji Omaran is a famous summer resort in Iraqi Kurdistan, distinguished for its pure springs and spa, one of which is a mineral fountain used by tourists as a health spa, in addition to its beautiful natural environment, as the temperatures in summer do not exceed 30°C. It is 180km from Erbil, situated at the frontier between the Region and the Islamic Republic of Iran. Haji Omaran can also be a good winter resort, as it attracts ice skiers thanks to the abundance of snow in winter.

Khoshkan Tourist compound is located at southeast of Erbil city, about (160) km far away from it. The road, which leads to the compound, is regarded as one of the tourist roads which passes through several villages. The tourists can enjoy the beautiful and charming views along the road.
