Costing more than 300 million dinars, the foundation stone for a 20-meter road in South Industrial was placed

On Wednesday, March 15, 2023. Within the program and strategy for delivering service projects, under the supervision of Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw and in the presence of Akram Ahmad, Assistant Governor, Nabaz Abdulhamid, Erbil Central Mayor, Abdulwahid Ahmad, President of Erbil Municipalitites and Director of Municipality fourth, The foundation stone for the reconstruction and paving of a 20m road in the southern industry was laid at a cost of (317 million 470 thousand dinars) on 15% of Presidency of Erbil Municipality revenue, which will be implemented contractually with a completion period of (100) days.

In this regard, the governor of Erbil emphasized that on the recommendation and instruction of Mr. Masrour Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, all service projects will be completed without discrimination and on an equal basis within and beyond the city.

"According to the available resources on the provincial development budget, special budget, and revenue of the Presidency of Erbil Municipality and the General Directorate of Municipalities, we were able to carry out a large number of service projects last year. This year, we plan to deliver as many service projects to all villages, districts, sub-districts, and areas that require more attention," he said.
