Presidency of Erbil Municipality is the first municipality in Iraq to receive the "ISO" certification

As part of its efforts to reform and improve administrative operations, Presidency of Erbil Municipality received the International Management Certificate (ISO) on Thursday, August 24, 2023, as the first municipality in Iraq.

The Presidency of Erbil Municipality achievement comes after the Kurdistan Regional Government attempted to obtain an ISO certificate at the level of all sectors, general directorates, and presidencies, citing its positive impact on work management, red tape reduction, speeding up citizen transactions, and satisfying citizens and auditors.
