Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister arrives in Switzerland

Today, Monday, January 16, 2023. Prime Minister Mr. Masrour Barzani arrived in Switzerland to attend the World Economic Forum (Davos 2023).

On the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, the Kurdistan Regional Government Prime Minister is scheduled to hold several important meetings with world leaders and personalities participating in the Davos Forum.

The Prime Minister will also discuss several issues in his meetings with officials, political leaders and entrepreneurs around the world, including: Diversifying the economy, paying attention to banking services, finding new markets for Kurdistan's agricultural products, investing in minerals, oil, gas and clean energy, combating the negative effects of climate change and drought, in addition to developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq and the Region.
