In Erbil. In 2022, several service projects have been implemented with more than (29 billion dinars)

With more than 29 billion dinars on the development budget of Erbil governorate and 15% of the revenue of the presidency municipality of Erbil, in 2022, several important and strategic projects have been implemented in Erbil.
The projects were implemented on the development budget of Erbil governorate (37 projects) and on 15% of the revenue of the Presidency of Erbil Municipality (40 projects) these projects were implemented in all six Municipal Directorates under the Presidency of Erbil Municipality.
This is in addition to three other projects on 100% municipal budget and financial funding another 11 projects have been implemented on the advance payment of the directorates.

Meanwhile, the strategic project of 150-meter Erbil Ring Road at a cost of more than ($131 million) from Erbil - Koya to Erbil - Shaqlawa, and the Gopal Highway at a cost of more than ($110 million) have been implemented.

In 2022, through the asphalt factory of the presidency of Erbil Municipality more than 7132 tons of bitumen were used to repair and pave the streets of Erbil .

More than 121,000 trees and 182,000 flowers have been planted in Erbil in order to increase the amount of greenery. This has had a good effect on increasing the greenery rate of the city, which has now reached 19.5%, while the teams of the Erbil Services and Environmental Protection Directorate have collected more than 740 tons of garbage and buried it.
