Investment in the Kurdistan Region has increased

 The head of the Kurdistan Regional Government Board of Investment said that 2022 was a good year in terms of investment. For 2023, we have changed all our plans.

Dr. Mohammed Shukri, Head of the Kurdistan Regional Board of Investment, Said: “In the Kurdistan Region, 2022 was a good year in terms of investment, as 89 investment licenses were issued in that year, compared to 2021, the number of licenses increased by 15%, which is a very good step”.

The head of the Board of Investment adds: "We have changed all our plans for 2023, we will put the map of all tourism projects under the tourism investment map that is created in collaboration with the tourism board. These are complete projects and there are no problems, can only be an investor, get the license in a very short time and get out of the routine of other government offices.”.
