Khabat District: The foundation stone of a kindergarten was laid in Rzgari Subdistrict

On Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Under the supervision of Erbil Governor, Omed Khoshnaw, and accompanied by Massoud Karash, Deputy Governor, Kwestan Ahmad, Mayor of Khabat District, Khurshid Tahir, Deputy Director General of Erbil Municipalities and Rebin Awni, Head of Khabat Municipality, the foundation stone of the kindergarten was laid in Rzgari Subdistrict at a cost of (127,281,500) dinars from the governorate development budget.
